In His Holy Spirit are the fruits of joy as well as love and peace and so much more. When you are filled with God’s Holy Spirit and are thankful to Him, He can fill you with His love and joy. The Bible says we can also pray continually; to be aware of the fact that God is with you throughout the day. You can pray in your thoughts to God throughout the day.“Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” 1 Thessalonians 5:16.
