Conflicting Study Results About Drinking Coffee

There were so many studies indicating that drinking coffee is not perfectly alright for our health because of the caffeine which leads to the following health problems: risk of atherosclerosis - the thickening of blood vessel walls that can lead to heart attacks and other problems, risk of high blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, and other heart abnormalities. And according to one of those studies, long-term coffee drinking might be a risk factor for hypertension, but the effect is very moderate.

However, one of the latest studies says that it’s perfectly alright to drink coffee. Another study indicates that lower incidence of type 2 diabetes — the kind that generally develops later in life — among coffee drinkers was found from women who drank four or more cups of caffeinated coffee a day, and the study results says that these women in this category had a 56 percent lower risk of developing the condition than those who did not drink coffee.

If you look at the main source of this information which can be found here: You can see that these researchers are not really very strong enough to support their statements. Everyone is just playing safely.

On my part, I believe that God had not created anything that will injure us. Following His infinite Wisdom, just apply the law of moderation, and you will be assured that everything will be perfectly alright.

Yes moderation of everything is the best. Drugs are good for human because they can stop but when taken in excess it will trigger bad effect to our body system.
