Only four days after Taiwan earthquake, the earth quakes again, and this time it’s in the upper part of the world. This 5.9 magnitude earthquake hits eastern Turkey, today, Monday, March 2010, at 4:32 A.M., (local time) killing 57 people.
As we have noticed now, earthquakes are coming very successively in just a very short period of time – just few weeks after one and the other. But, this latest one is much closer in reference to Taiwan earthquake. Below is the update of the summary of the successive earthquakes this year, 2010.
There was this earthquake with a magnitude of 7.0 that struck Haiti on January 12, 2010 which lasted 35 seconds. In February 27, 2010, another massive earthquake with a magnitude of 8.8 had struck central Chile, triggering a tsunami in that country. Four days ago - Thursday, March 04, 2010, at around 8:20 A.M., Taiwan time, another earthquake at the magnitude of 6.4 hits the southern part of Taiwan. Today, March 08, 2010 another earthquake hits Turkey at 4:32 A.M. – local time (0232 GMT, 9 p.m. EST Sunday) in Elazig province, about 550 kilometers (340 miles) east of Ankara, the capital.
Now, the same question is asked: Where will the next earthquake be striking? Again, this is a billion dollar question and only God knows the answer. So, let’s be ready again and pray that when it hits us, God will save us.
